General Information

Studios:
- Studio A: 30ft x 73.5ft
- Studio B: 25ft x 50ft
Hourly rental rate: $60.00-$150
One sound system per studio with AUX cord & Bluetooth compatible
Three air purifiers in each studio

Requirements / Policies

Renter must provide
- Certificate of Liability Insurance
- Signed Studio Rental Agreement (available above)
- Minimum 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit is non-refundable.
- Payment in full before the start of rental
48 hour cancellation notice
No Refunds day of rental
