Discover the joy of rhythm and movement with Adult Beginner Tap Dance! Designed specifically for those new to the form, this class provides a supportive and fun environment where you can learn, or brush up on the basics of tap dancing. Our instructor Dylan will guide you through foundational steps and techniques, helping you develop coordination, musicality, and confidence.
No prior dance experience is required— just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. We will start with simple exercises and gradually progress to more complex routines, all while enjoying lively music and the camaraderie of fellow tap dancers. Whether you're looking to get fit, try something new, or revisit a childhood passion, our class offers a perfect introduction to the exciting world of tap dance.

Appropriate for any and all adults seeking to explore the joy, artistry and physical benefits of ballet, this class will focus on helping you discover grace, musicality and new skills in this beautiful art form that also builds strength, flexibility and stamina. A set of clear, accessible barre exercises focusing on healthy alignment and breath will prepare students to learn and enjoy simple center combinations where music supports a fluid approach to traditional ballet vocabulary.
In this class we will learn the basics of jazz dance such as rhythm and musicality. We will work on strength, balance, and coordination all while dancing to jazz disco, and pop music. Each class will end with a fun dance routine that gets your body moving. Come dance with us!
Time to prioritize you this year! Come to move, sweat, and have a great time at our dance cardio class for all levels. We'll get the heart rate up with some high energy dancing to fun music, strengthen the entire body by toning with therabands and ankle/wrist weight bands, and ease the body's recovery with mindful stretching.
What is Afrobeats? A fun, energetic class that teaches how traditional West African dance has influenced current hip-hop steps and moves. Learn isolations, rhythmic foot work, expressive storytelling and more.
